Peacock Maranta advice needed

My maranta's leaves are becoming less green the bigger the plant grows, and I've got a few leaves which are starting to brown at the tips. Can anyone let me know what it needs please, less light? More light? Less water?
It is always growing and has recently begun to sprout spurs with roots off the branches, I have removed these to help it to conserve it's energy. Can anyone give me some insight into what it needs please?

That link was really helpful thankyou. I changed the light bulbs to day light ones a few weeks ago because the room won't get any sun until spring and I thought that the plants would struggle in the dark, it seems that I have gone too far the other way now so will swap the bulbs back. Thanks
