What's wrong with my apple trees?

All advice would be much appreciated.

I have a few apple trees on my allotment.

I don't spray them with anything so most apples have worms. I wonder if someone could recommend a remedy - natural or otherwise.

The only apple tree that produced apples without worms is the Gala tree. However, all apples have unsightly marks on them (photos attached).

Please help!

The usual method for deterring codlin moths from laying their eggs is grease bands on the trunk.

The spots could be bitter pit.

Looks like scab, which is a fungal disease. There are ways of limiting infections and there is also a biological control which works fairly well, a Bacillus subtilis, but I can't remember under what name it is sold as a treatment.
