1st year of having plants . Some were just bedding and have all died off.
However I got some that come up each year.
No clue on the names, one is like a daisy.
Question is, do I de head them now or after winter..they're all in pots if makes a difference

Hard to know without knowing what the plants are Confused If they're hardy perennials, you could just leave them and cut back before they start into growth in the spring. If they have seed heads on them they could have some wildlife value (or just shelter for critters in the dead foliage). I tend to just leave mine but will trim back if they collapse/look unbearably manky/slimy/gross. If they're not completely hardy then you might need to protect them from the cold either by putting the pots somewhere sheltered (sometimes I just put those type of plants up against the house and that keeps them from getting completely frozen) or using a thick mulch or fleece or some such. Can you find out what the plants are called?
