Please can you id my plants

Hi, my DH bought these and put them in pots, just wondering if anyone knows what they are. Wondering if they are hardy and if it's worth putting them in the ground.

Snapdragon/antirrhinum and ageratum

My snapdragons always self seed and I get new plants each year so leave them outside to do their job. Ageratum is a tender plant and although some are perennials they aren't in UK
