Help identifying this rose

Hi, I've have been growing this rose in a large terracotta pot for about 8 years. (I may have changed the soil once) could anyone help identify it?
It smells beautiful, a mixture of rose and lemon and flowers twice a year, early in the Summer and again in September. I'm treating it a a slow climber, which it may not be. The problem I have is that the stems seem too weak to support the flowers and it looks permanently droopy. Is this because it's really a shrub and needs shorter stems?
Thanks

Yes, it could be, thank you.
Looks like it really doesn't want to be a climber because it's a shrub.
Perfect opportunity to buy a new climber then. Grin

It could be Handel, which is a lowish climber. Mine’s only about 8’ high.

Thank you, it could be Handel too. Either way I think I need to give it a good prune.
I bought it in B and Q, I think it was on their discount/dying trolley and never had a proper label, so I've never really known what it was, so I turned it into a climber because I needed a climber.
