Strawberries not growing

I purchased a hanging strawberry plant. Loads of flowers came out and little strawberry heads started growing. Some grew quite large. But all of a sudden everything has stopped. Nothing is getting any larger and nothing turning red. It's like time has stopped! I have no idea what I'm doing with growing anything, so don't know what I've done wrong. It's a sunny spot in the garden and I water it daily.

It's been a terrible year for insects, they probably haven't pollinated the strawberries so no fruit is forming. By this point it's probably too late, but if you make sure all the new shoots touch some soil you'll have plenty of new strawberry plants for next year.

So there is fruit on it. But everything just stopped growing and it's looked like this for about 2 weeks.

You have fruit coming, and it doesn’t look desperately dry. But I would probably take it down and soak the entire pot in a bucket of water for an afternoon, make sure the rootball is thoroughly soaked. It’s all too easy for water to just run through without actually wetting more than the surface of the soil.
