Broccoli-is it ready to pick

Can anyone advise whether I should start harvesting my broccoli? It has slight yellow patches on which might be flowers coming through but it still seems quite small so don't want to pick too soon. My first time growing broccoli!

Just take the head you can see and you may get some smaller side shoots afterwards. Don't full the entire plant out of the ground.
