Tulip Bulbs - Online Recommendations

I'm starting to think about my spring bulbs and want to plant as many tulips as possible this year for around £100 total budget. They really do make me so happy.

Thinking mainly the double variety and then a few fancier/weirder ones. I don't like the Darwin Hybrid types quite as much as the doubles.

Any recommendations for buying in bulk online? And has anyone bought tulip bulbs from J Parker's? I ordered from Farmer Gracy last year which were great but looking to get as many blooms for my buck as possible!

Thanks

Farmer Gracey, lovely quality.

I’ve bought loads of bulbs from J Parkers over the years (tulips, crocus, daffodil, allium etc). I think they’re great quality and value.

If you have a big order, then order from their wholesale site- Dutchbulbs.co.uk which is even better value. I buy almost all my bulbs from them and they’ve always been great.

I like peter nyssen

I've used Farmer Gracy, J Parker and Peter Nyssen for tulip bulbs over the last few years and not had a single disappointment. I've subscribed to all of them for notifications of discounts, free postage etc.

I still usually end up buying more on impulse from garden centres and then scratching my head wondering how I'm going to fit all those bulbs into my containers.
