What’s up with rosemary?

Very spotty, tiny white ones.

Bush is overwhelmed by a lot of a long grass which I can cut back. But I’d prefer to put it in a pot - do they transfer well.

I don't think they like having their roots messed with all that much. What sort of soil is it planted in?

You could try taking some cuttings

I wonder if it's a rosemary leafhopper bug? The spots look similar to the photo in this link

Is this any better? Thank you all - the soul is awful, it’s in the shade and I’m still
dithering about whether to move it.

They like poor soil but love sunlight, so it may not like the shade?
