Alliums not flowered

I got some alliums in the supermarket around a month or so ago. They’ve grown in height but the buds have not opened. Am I right in thinking they likely won’t flower now?

Do they have flower buds? If so, just be patient. My alliums seem to take ages to get to actually flowering. The buds seem to take ages to actually fully open.

I have aliums which flower at different times. Some are just finishing whilst others are just about to start flowering.
