The blue one is Plumbago auriculata, I have one in a pot here on my London balcony! And the big bushes with red/white flowers are Oleander. Don’t know the other one.

From the leaves, I think the tree and the picture following are Nerium oleander, Oleander, almost ubiquitous as roadside shade planting. Can’t make out the flowers. The white one in the last picture is Oleander. Very poisonous - you can allegedly do yourself damage by using Oleander twigs as barbecue skewers.

I know the first, but the name slips my mind. Someone else will get it.

Someone else will get it Yes, plumbago.

For the second, I’d like to say sage from the flower shape but the leaves don’t look right.
