Dealing with neighbour's Russian Vine

My neighbour planted a Russian Vine up his enormous leylandii hedge. It's now starting to come in through my privet hedge...do I just keep snipping back or what really?

My garden is small and I really don't have room for a Russian Vine taking over!

Talk to him. Tell him you’re worried that your hedge will be smothered. Ask him to control it

Keep chopping it. It should be banned along with running bamboo.

You'll have to keep on top of it or will take over can you have a word with your neighbour?
