Lupin help please

I bought myself a pot of lupins recently but are now looking a bit limp . Can i repot them whilst they are in flower? Pot seems far too small but not sure if i should disturb them . Thanks

Not an expert, but I would plant them into the ground, cutting off any bits that look weak or broken. Then water well
