We moved last summer and popped two small roses into a border, I now find they're not doing well and probably need more sun.
Would you risk moving them now?
They came from my partners garden, neglected, they were doing well when I originally repotted them, but they're now looking sad in what's turned out to be a shady border position.
They've had manure, been fed, got pruned at the right time etc.
