Stocks from garden centre. Question

Hiya, novice here. I started planting a year ago and really enjoyed.

I have had stocks in boquets before and they are so beautiful and smell gorgeous. I saw them in the garden centre (small, little leaves in 3x3 tray) and bought them with no research.

Will they flower this summer? I can't get an answer from Google. All seems to say to sew seeds in a month or two then they will grow and flower next year, but cannot find what to do with these and they don't have a little tag with them.

I e bought stocks a week ago, they are just coming into bud now. Yours should be fine as long as you feed them and they get enough sun
