Buddleia looks iffy

My buddleia sprouted new leaves but they seem to have stopped growing and some look either white or yellow. Any advice please?
I was thinking of giving it a week to pull it’s socks up (has been so wet of course so thought drier weather might help) and if no improvement give it a heavy pruning and see if that helps at all.
I don’t like using chemical sprays if at all possible.

It looks like a mineral deficiency. Buy some sequestered iron or liquid seaweed from the garden centre, that should help in a few weeks.

What is your soil like? I have heavy clay and buddleias only last 3-4 years before they rot at the roots. They look like yours before dropping dead.

Luckily they seed themselves and I usually have a couple of pots of cuttings growing in reserve too. (I always have to have buddleia in the garden, DH is a butterfly fanatic 🤓)

Heavy clay too so could be exactly this. The buddleia has only been in two years and the ground it is in was saturated until a couple of weeks ago
