Did it just appear in that pot or did you buy it, because so many things look like that you might have to wait until it flowers to identify it for sure?
If it's a weed my best guess would be Rosebay Willowherb.

It could be willowherb, yes, but it also looks quite like the current state of my snapdragons (antirrhinum).

Did you have snapdragons last year, OP?

Maybe it is a snapdragon. Don't remember buying one but perhaps it's here via a neighbour.

There's another one but I left it late to take a picture of the flower on it.

Rosebay has a very definite central rib and gently undulating leaf edges.

The flower stem of rosebay is leafier than that, and the flowers in a sharp pointed spike. It’s nit any if the other willowherbs, but I don’t know what it is.
