Cat repellent

Does anyone have a cat repellent that actually works ? It's my cat too being lazy and messing on my lawn and borders

I tried all the usual suspects to stop the neighbours cat shitting in my gravel, and in the end the only thing that worked was scraping a whole tub of tiger balm in to a spray bottle, adding hot water to melt it, shaking to mix the oily water mixture and spraying liberally on the stones.

My gravel stank for a few weeks of tiger balm but the cat never came back!
