What are these dead bushes/branches in my palm tree and can I remove them? Really struggling to find any advice online about it and I don’t want to remove them unnecessarily if they’re about to turn into something amazing haha. Thank you🙏

Look like they are past flowers. Chop them out if you don’t like them. The tree won’t mind at all. It looks really healthy

They are where the white flowers were, then they turn into black berries which the birds have eaten over winter. Annoyingly the don't tend to fall down naturally unless it's super windy so you need to snip them off if you don't like them

We used to clean up our palms every May. Thé were fine.

Mine get these. Find them pretty easy to knock off most of them with a broom and the tree looks great

just wanted to add that you palm is actually a cordyline (cabbage tree) ☺️. But yes, these are old flower heads and can be left or removed, if within reach.
