Help identifying shrub

Hi, I was hoping someone may be able to help me identify this shrub. I have a row of them in my front garden but one has died and I'd like to replace it with the same or similar. Many thanks.

Looks like a hebe but a close up of the leaves would help.

Also think Hebe or Pittosporum. Does it have flowers in summer?
