Reclamation yards in Kent?

Hi all

I've heard of shops by recycling centres that repurpose old items and sell on, but isn't one near me. I'm basically looking for items for the garden, old pots, rusty watering cans, pails, buckets etc for cheap. Does anyone know of anywhere in Kent that sells this kind of thing? Like a junkyard, reclamation centre etc, I am in bexleyheath. I love a bargain, a good rummage and want to do up my garden as cheaply as possible, thanks!

Good luck, this band-wagon was jumped on several years ago. Try local re-cycling forums such as Freecycle, or local facebook pages.

Try boot sales - I got some french galvanised containers and a job lot of old terracotta pots at my local one. Would have cost a fortune from a vintage store or reclamation place!

Have a look at symonds salvage in Bethersden. I've bought chimney pots for plants from there. Also lots of garden stuff comes up at auction. Worth look and Burstow And Hewitt in battle.
