Wendy kids playhouse

Hi all

I'm looking at getting a second hand Wendy house. The plastic ones look worn but I see a DIY post of someone painting it in paint suitable for plastics giving it a lovely makeover, or do we spend out on a wooden one? Has anyone got a plastic one and if so do they last and most importantly get used?!

We have a playhouse like this, it’s made of plastic.
I also wanted to buy Wendy's house, but I found this one.
it is durable, withstood a children's birthday party with a bunch of children)))
