What is this plant please?

I have this plant growing unwanted in my garden. Has red berries at times as well as the leaves shown in the photo.
Any ideas please?

Looks like hypericum, rose of sharon

Definitely Hypericum/St John’s Wort. They are a nuisance, they’d survive a holocaust along with the rats.

I quite like them, don't grow well in my garden.

On second thoughts, probably Hypericum calycinum, Rose of Sharon.
