Hmm pulmonaria usually has spotting heart-shaped leaves.
My plant app suggests a type of comfrey.

Yup, could also be comfrey
but comfrey is not in flower yet round here

Those leaves make me want to itch just looking at them. Pulmonaria has much softer leaves. Early for comfrey but there are several species, some flowering from April

I agree with comfrey. Comfrey is out already in Yorkshire and has been for a few weeks.
