Fence coverage question!

Hi all

Our Forsyth tree blew in the storm we had, our fence collapsed and next door has helped us fix it all back up. The fence is about 5 ft with the trellis included, the neighbours said they don't mind if we put a climber there or something, we just want a little more privacy. What evergreen plant could I add here that will cover the trellis and really branch out adding some height and a lot of coverage? I've attached a pic.
I did order a rose called noisette, it's a large shrub rose grows up to 7 ft I was going to add elsewhere in the garden I could add it here... But would take a long time to establish to that height and then in winter it would be bare so need evergreen ideally!

I'm going to paint it all so it's dark brown same as the rest of our fence panels

An evergreen clematis? Fast growing and will give you year round privacy

If you have space, what about trachelospermum jasminoides (star jasmine)? Very pretty, evergreen, vigorous, with beautiful scented flowers. Can get big though!
