Has anyone used this in their garden?

Wondering if it will still end up being used as the local cat toilet!!!!!

Anyone please? I know it's hardly a thrilling subject for a Sat night!!!!

we are thinking about this but have found it to be expensive so far, half out garden did have wood chips/bark down but most if it blew away over the winter. Does anyone actually have any in their garden?
