Alternative.to moss pole for Monstera

I went to homebase and b&q today and neither has them. Don't really want to order from Amazon/online.

Any ideas for what I can use instead of a moss pole. Ideally something I can repurpose.

Broom handle plus moss from a florists and some florists wire?

I've seen some youtubers just using wooden planks. The coir poles I've seen in garden centres seem to be a length of plastic pipe wrapped in coir that's tied on with twine.

I had the same problem - eventually found one in a larger Blue Diamond garden centre - was in the house plant section.
