Wooden arch

Hello everyone

We have a picket fence with gate, I want to add an arch just after the gate.

Can anyone recommend a good sturdy wooden arch? Happy to spend Around £150 not sure if they exist for that price

I say sturdy because I want a rambling rose to cover it eventually

Look for one made of chestnut or another hardwood - the cheaper ones won't last as long and it's hard to maintain them once something is growing over it. I would go for a high quality metal one tbh.

@Turkeyhen thank you, I've got one metal one in the garden not a great quality one but I wanted something different & thought it would match fence better but if they are better quality than wood ones then I might have to go for one of them instead!
