Does anyone have a heated propagator?

Am thinking about getting one for my greenhouse, either a table top type or a bench. Quite a lot of garden space to fill and might need a large sized propagator. Any advice or tips on what to buy or how to use?

I've 2 small ones that sit on the my bedroom window sil for a few weeks at this time of year. Its the only window near a plug socket with a ledge.
Have used it for more than 5 years and find you can grow things that need constant heat but also speeds up the germination of lots of other seeds - things pop up in a couple of days sometimes.
