Do they emerge with a bud and something eats them? Or do they come up with leaves but no stalk and no bud?

Bulbs not planted deep enough?

after they have come up are you leaving the leaves till they die or mowing them down before they go brown and shrivel up?

i think leaving them somehow feeds the bulb for the next flowering.

they just come up with leaves,no stalk. they did used to flower when they were 1st planted

I think it means they've gone blind. My daffodils are the same and someone told me that I need to wait until they've died down this year then dig up the bulbs and bury them again deeper into the ground. Then next year they should flower.
