Is this powdery mildew?

My jade plant seems to be suffering. Not sure exactly what this is or what I can do about it. It lives indoors in the kitchen - is that too humid for it?

Not sure it’s mildew. The leaves look quite pale - is it getting enough light? How damp is the soil? It wouldn’t hurt it to let it dry out completely

It certainly looks like powdery mildew, and a kitchen is probably too humid (especially in the current wet weather we’re having). These plants need a dry atmosphere, so if you can find another room with plenty of light, try it there. The leaves won’t recover, unfortunately.

Thanks! I'll try letting it dry out, and pulling off the affected leaves. Maybe it can find a home in the front room for a while.
