Hello

Anyone know about these trees? Someone on FB was giving it away for free so I grabbed it, I need more evergreens for the garden. I have popped it in the border but read they can grow very tall and wide... is it possible to keep it to a certain height? Thanks

Those lemon-tinged ones are very touchy and tend not to live all that long for some reason, so it is unlikely to get all that big before kicking the bucket.

But yes you can trim them, as long as you don't cut back too far into bare branches. As long as you leave green on the branch it should be ok. That holds good for most conifers. Very few of them will sprout again from old wood.
