Evergreen id

Hi. Can anyone I'd this low spreading evergreen, please? It's about 15-20cm high, and spreading. Don't think it's ever shown anything cone-like. Silvery colour. Thanks.

It's a conifer, a variety of juniper. Juniperus squamata 'Blue carpet' most likely.

Edited to add - junipers don't have cones, they have green berries, which take a year or two to ripen and go black.
