Mini greenhouse

Hi Everyone,
my daughter and I have bought ourselves a mini greenhouse (metal frame with PVC cover). My daughter would like to grow cucumbers in there next year.
Does anyone know of anything we can grow in there over the autumn and winter please? We are complete novices so need all the help we can get

I would grow things like Chinese red mustard greens, rocket and land cress for salads. All very, very easy to grow and quick.

I agree - winter salads and oriental greens (pak choi and similar) are very satisfying to grow. Quick to come up, if sown now, and with just a little frost protection - which the greenhouse will give them - will last right through the winter.
