Grow light electrical bills

I have sort of my established garden now. And next year I want to really up my game in terms of cut flowers. I’m happy to have part of my kitchen or spare room taken over by grow lights. But wondered what I could be looking for in terms of my electric bill? Will this make it shoot up or am I doomed to use the kitchen window sill. Which really doesn’t give me much room.

LED ones don't use that much. Particularly if it's just for propagation rather than year round.

Mine are 15W each, and 1 does a large seed tray.

You can, but it won't be much help because they don’t sell them anymore. The are grow light bulbs from IKEA (with an ordinary bulb fitting). I've got them in anglepoise desk lamps for easy positioning over the propagators.

15W means about 1 unit of electricity every 65 hours.
