Winter bedding over bulbs in pots

Any ideas other than pansies/violas? I’m ok
for stuff out in the garden but I have some
spare pots I want to fill with spring bulbs and they’ll need something on top. Either winter bedding, or something perennial would be fine as long it would keep going and look ok all winter, and not be too in the way of the bulbs when they come up.

Cyclamen?

Great suggestions, thank you!

I've used cyclamen and hellebore as already mentioned, also primroses/primulas and heathers (not all at once though!). I think that winter pots look best with a lot of ivy and one or two focus plants, rather than the abundance of summer which can look a bit over the top.
