When to stop deadheading roses to get hips?

I never quite seem to get this right! When should I stop deadheading my roses to give rosehips a chance to develop later on in the year? I was thinking trying the middle of August this year. TIA!

Depends on the rose. What've you got?

Thanks @SarahAndQuack! A mixture of David Austin repeat flowering shrubs, climbers and an old Floribunda shrub rose.
