Can anyone identify this?

Just moved house, garden is lovely so whatever this is, it's not a weed but cannot figure out what it is (and there's lots of it). Each one is about 35cm diameter. No sign of any buds, just leaves, but given the rest of the garden is really nice, hoping it will be something good (or was earlier in the year)! Tried googling with photo but no luck. Anyone help?

The leaves look similar to a type of Campanula, self seeded, some are biannual so wouldn’t flower this year.
