Orchid help!

Hi,
I have an orchid that is looking very poorly and may have died. The top is brown and crispy but there are green-ish shoots in the pot which might mean it's not dead yet..
I have re-potted it with bark and feed weekly with orchid feed and spray regularly but it has been weeks now and nothing is happening. Does anyone have any experience with saving orchids?
Thanks

I'm sorry to say that I think it's gone. With no leaves and the roots looking dead I think you're unlikely to be able to revive it. They are amazingly resilient though so I hope I'm wrong.

I think the green shoot are potting moss, not bits of orchid, unfortunately.

For future reference, there’s no point in feeding a seriously sickly plant, it can’t cope with it. Feeding can revive a plant with yellowing leaves that are caused by lack of nutrient (rather than overwatering), but otherwise don’t do it

Hi Mere
Thanks for your help.

Thanks. The shoots are inside the pot wrapped around the inside of it. But I've just had a look and they're no longer green so I think Mere is right I was saving it for a friend ..It was like it when she gave it to me to rescue.
