Looks like a type of Honeysuckle.

Yes, definitely a honeysuckle - smell gorgeous!

Yes, a honeysuckle - though not all honeysuckles are fragrant

It looks like Lonicera japonica, they're fast growing, have a lovely scent and mine is covered in bees.
