It does seem kind of obvious I guess - I didn't need to take a picture - but this is an orange lily, right? I may get some for my borders.

They are day lilies. Not checked the Latin name.

Beautiful. Highly toxic to cats so something to consider if you have them!

Day lilies as PP said, Latin name is Hemerocallis. It’s not a Lily Bulbiferum.

Thanks everyone! If it's Day lilies aka Hemerocallis and these are allergic to cats then I'd rather not, though we tend to have foxes in our gardens not cats these days. Perhaps I can find something orange as an alternative.
