Hi all

could someone please tell me what this is? Bursts of little pink flowers for a few weeks. Mostly gone now.
Neighbours have it as hedging but ours is more tree-like. About 15ft.

Also, what do I do with it???? It’s a bit out of control.

It's an Escallonia. They take hard pruning and will grow back well, then you can keep it at the size you want.
