I've got a young lilac I planted last year. Looked fine last year but noticed this spring the leaves are a bit withered. Looked it up and advice seemed to be either over or under watered and since I hadn't really been watering it I presumed it must be under so I've been making sure to water it, not excessively though but no improvement and think its getting worse. I've got a lilac growing in a similar location so it shouldn't be that. Any ideas?
