Soapwort that doesn’t flower?

I have something in my garden that I thought was soapwort. Google agreed with me and you guys agreed with me.
But it’s not flowered and I thought soapwort would by now?
It’s the first year I have left it alone.
Does soapwort flower very late?

Yes, it’s very late. August, probably. Mine has two foot long shoots but no sign of flowers.
