Can anyone help my mum identify what this is please?

I use an app called PictureThis and it's telling me that this is Rugosa Rose, also known as Beach Rose or Saltspray Rose. However, your photo isn't a close-up so I'm not sure how accurate it is.

You need a portrait of the rose with plenty of leaves to have half a chance of identifying it, a bud as well is helpful and if scented strongly, mildly or not.
