Peas and mange tout - early floweing

I have peas that have started flowering at about half the height I was expecting. Should I cut the flowers to encourage growth or just leave them be? I’m a bit out of practice with veg gardening and these and my cucumbers seem to have flowered a bit early and on small plants.

Any advice much appreciated.

I don't think they will; there's still time to sow more this month.
