Anyone know what this is? I’m repotting a bay tree and it’s sitting happily at the base.

Looks like it could be some type of primula.

There’s no wrinkliness on the leaves. Would that still indicate primula?

Though petiole (leaf stem) a bit long, and the leaf not tapering into the base enough. Not cowslip, though. Whatever, it’s definitely Primula
