Square or round bed in front garden

I am driving myself mad with bring unable to make a decision so would love to get some input from you experts.

My front garden was lawn with some beds at the corners, I hated cutting the grass and wanted more flowers so have had 4 raised beds made (from sleepers), hopefully the (terrible!) Picture has attached, which I have now filled and planted up. I was going to put a round bed in the middle but am know not sure if that will look weird with all the rectangles? Should I get the guys back to make a square raised bed for the middle?

I’d do a square, taller than the rectangles, with a pretty tree planted in it.

Do square. I did a circle one. But went with the edges of my semi circle flower beds around it. So I would think square for urs would be better.

Thank you so much both, I think square is the way to go. Great idea about making it taller, I was going to put a crab apple in it, thanks agsin for your input.
