Fence dilemma

Hi all

We have grey fences in first and second section of our garden, right at the back they have been left brown so I will stain those.

idon't like the grey so my options are to paint over them a lighter colour..maybe green, but that will be so costly as we would need so many tins to do whole garden, also it will leak onto next doors fence if we use brush, sprayer or roller. I just wanted them stained really I like the cottage style garden which matches with our planting, I just can't get along with the dark grey for some gardens it suits but not ours. My question is, has anyone used that willow fence that comes in a roll? It looks lovely in pics but how durable is it? Just thinking of covering the fences with that in the first bit of garden

thank you

Not willow but we've used bark screening on a section in our garden. It's very much a bodged temp solution for us as it's only attached to an old gate half it's height but it actually looks great and has held up brilliantly even through a couple of storms (to our surprise) and we prefer it to a normal fence.
