I've grown these from seed, they were labelled as lobelias but they clearly aren't! I have no idea what they are, but they look very healthy. My plant ID app is a bit shit with non-wild plants...any ideas?

Yeah, well. That’s apps for you! One of the characteristics of Trillium, as the name suggests, is that they have three leaves.
